Our compressed air testing devices are perfect for leakage testing of your geomembrane welding and are available in 2 versions for different pressure areas. We suggest the standard version for thin geomembranes and the massive version for thick geomembranes (2mm and thicker).
Coupon Cutter
With our coupon cutter you fast and easily get your sample from the welding.
Cutter
With our cutters, you easily cut the welding rod or the geomembrane to the needed length. The cutters are available in 3 versions: with hooked blade, with segment blade, or as quarter moon knife (K01769).
GMAK-420-D
Our small granulate extruder This extruder is driven by a powerful 2000W drive. With a welding capacity up to 5kg/h, this extruder has a good speed for welding geomembranes. By nonsimultaneous heating of mass and air temperature, this machine can be used on normal house connection.
Machine Stand
For every of our extruders, a suitable machine stand is available. It is not always necessary, but can be purchased optionally.
MAK-18-S
Small, powerful, variable. With this digitally controlled extruder you can easily weld 15mm sheet thickness, or even 20mm sheet thickness. With the 360° turnable welding shoe you nearly enter each corner and the blower can be mounted in 3 different positions (right, top, left).
MAK-32-S
This extruder is with 7.6kg weight and 3.2kg/h welding capacity the most powerful machine of the extruders below 8kg.
MAK-36-D
The „small powerful“. This extruder is driven by a powerful 2000W drive. With an output of 3.6kg per hour it is the perfect start-up machine for welding geomembranes. By nonsimultaneous heating of mass and air temperature, this machine can be used on normal house connection.
MAK-48-D
The „Medium“. This extruder is driven by a powerful 2000W drive. With 4.8kg output per hour, it is good for welding geomembranes. By nonsimultaneous heating of mass and air temperature, this machine can be used on normal house connection.
