The „medium“ workaholic beneath our extruders is completely brushless and therefore very low-wear. Long working times are its speciality. A little bit smaller than the MAK-36, but more output, that’s the great advantage of this extruder. This version is using sideway preheating and therefore is developed for container engineering. For the usage of this machine a „Powerbox“ is needed.

MAK-48-B

The „Medium“. This extruder is driven by a powerful 2000W drive. With 4.8kg output per hour, it is good for welding sheet thicknesses from 10 to 35mm. By nonsimultaneous heating of mass and air temperature, this machine can be used on normal house connection.

MAK-48-D

The „Medium“. This extruder is driven by a powerful 2000W drive. With 4.8kg output per hour, it is good for welding geomembranes. By nonsimultaneous heating of mass and air temperature, this machine can be used on normal house connection.

Silent, powerful and still light-weight. Up to 30mm material thickness are not an issue for this extruder with less than 8kg. This version is, due to the preheating on the side, primarily designed for container engineering. An infinitely variable handle and numerous holding possibilities make welding of spaces with difficult access. Integrated high-power LEDs ensure good illumination in the work area. In time of non-usage of the machine, it goes into a standby-function, which results in high reduction of noise; in addition, you save up to 60% energy. When the machine has fully cooled down, the blower even switches off.
