Our small granulate extruder This extruder is driven by a powerful 2000W drive. With a welding capacity up to 5kg/h, this extruder has a good speed for welding geomembranes. By nonsimultaneous heating of mass and air temperature, this machine can be used on normal house connection.

MAK-32-S

This extruder is with 7.6kg weight and 3.2kg/h welding capacity the most powerful machine of the extruders below 8kg.

MAK-36-D

The „small powerful“. This extruder is driven by a powerful 2000W drive. With an output of 3.6kg per hour it is the perfect start-up machine for welding geomembranes. By nonsimultaneous heating of mass and air temperature, this machine can be used on normal house connection.

MAK-48-D

The „Medium“. This extruder is driven by a powerful 2000W drive. With 4.8kg output per hour, it is good for welding geomembranes. By nonsimultaneous heating of mass and air temperature, this machine can be used on normal house connection.

MAK-58-D

The „great“. This extruder is driven by a powerful 2000W drive. With 5.8kg output per hour, this extruder is the fastest machine working with carbon brushed drive in our product range. By nonsimultaneous heating of mass and air temperature, this machine can be used on normal house connection.

MAX-18-Compact

Our shortest version of the MAX extruders. With a total length of just app. 450 mm and a side-mounted power cable, it's ideal for even the tightest spaces. Almost as light and quiet as the MAX-18, it also features a 360° rotating welding shoe and a continuously adjustable handle. With this digitally controlled extruder, you can effortlessly weld material up to 15 mm or even 20 mm thick. Integrated high-performance LEDs ensure good illumination in the work area. When not in use, the device goes into standby mode, significantly reducing noise levels and saving up to 50% energy. Once the device has completely cooled down, the fan switches off completely.

MAX-32-D

Silent, powerful and still light-weight. Up to 30mm material thickness are not an issue for this extruder with less than 8kg. This version is using preheating on top and therefore is developed for civil engineering. An infinitely variable handle and numerous holding possibilities make welding of spaces with difficult access. Integrated high-power LEDs ensure good illumination in the work area. In time of non-usage of the machine, it goes into a standby-function, which results in high reduction of noise; in addition, you save up to 60% energy. When the machine has fully cooled down, the blower even switches off.

MAX-40-D

Silent, powerful and still light-weight. Up to 30mm material thickness are not an issue for this extruder with less than 8kg. The „medium“ workaholic beneath our extruders is completely brushless and therefore very low-wear. Long working times are its speciality. Lighter than the MAK-36, but more output, that’s the great advantage of this extruder. This version is using preheating on top and therefore is developed for civil engineering.
