MAX-18
Silent, light-weight, small and variable usabilities. With this digitally controlled extruder you can easily weld 15mm sheet thickness, or even 20mm material thickness. A 360° turnable welding shoe and an infinitely variable handle, as well as numerous holding possibilities make welding of narrow spaces possible. Integrated high-power LEDs ensure good illumination in the work area. In time of non-usage of the machine, it goes into a standby-function, which results in high reduction of noise; in addition, you save up to 50% energy. When the machine has fully cooled down, the blower even switches off.
MAX-18-Compact
Our shortest version of the MAX extruders. With a total length of just app. 450 mm and a side-mounted power cable, it's ideal for even the tightest spaces. Almost as light and quiet as the MAX-18, it also features a 360° rotating welding shoe and a continuously adjustable handle. With this digitally controlled extruder, you can effortlessly weld material up to 15 mm or even 20 mm thick. Integrated high-performance LEDs ensure good illumination in the work area. When not in use, the device goes into standby mode, significantly reducing noise levels and saving up to 50% energy. Once the device has completely cooled down, the fan switches off completely.
MAX-25
Silent, light-weight, small and variable usabilities. The „small“ workaholic beneath our MAX-extruders is completely brushless and therefore very low-wear. Long working times are its speciality. With this digitally controlled extruder you can easily weld 15mm sheet thickness, or even 20mm material thickness. With the same dimensions as MAK-18, this extruder has an output of 2.5kg/h instead of up to 2.2kg/h. Integrated high-power LEDs ensure good illumination in the work area. In addition you save energy when the device goes into standby when not in use or even switches off the preheating fan after it has cooled down. For the use of this machine a „Powerbox“ is needed.
MAX-32-B
Silent, powerful and still light-weight. Up to 30mm material thickness are not an issue for this extruder with less than 8kg. This version is, due to the preheating on the side, primarily designed for container engineering. An infinitely variable handle and numerous holding possibilities make welding of spaces with difficult access. Integrated high-power LEDs ensure good illumination in the work area. This extruder is the smallest one in our product range. The winner of the innovation award 2007 is a real allrounder. Materials from PP to PFA are a standard for him*. With only 3.5kg weight and compact design, this machine is an optimum one hand extruder. This version can also handle 4mm – LDPE – welding rod. *PFA and ECTFE can only be welded with the special version MM-PFA.
MM-E
This extruder is the smallest one in our product range. The winner of the innovation award 2007 is a real allrounder. Materials from PP to PFA are a standard for him*. With only 3.5kg weight and compact design, this machine is an optimum one hand extruder. This extruder is for usage with external air supply. *PFA and ECTFE can only be welded with the special version MM-PFA.
