MAX-32-S
At 7.6 kg and with an output of 3.2 kg per hour, this extruder is the most powerful among machines under 8 kg. Like its smaller sister MAX-18-S, heating is provided by hot air, and control is also via potentiometers. The 360° rotatable welding shoe allows you to reach almost any corner, and the integrated high-performance LEDs ensure optimal illumination of the work area. When not in use, the device goes into standby mode, which significantly reduces noise levels; you also save up to 50% energy. Once the device has completely cooled down, the blower even switches off completely. For better ergonomics, an lifting eye is integrated so that the device can be hung up if necessary.
MAX-40-B
Silent, powerful and still light-weight. Up to 30mm material thickness are not an issue for this extruder with less than 8kg. The „medium“ workaholic beneath our extruders is completely brushless and therefore very low-wear. Long working times are its speciality. Lighter than the MAK-36, but more output, that’s the great advantage of this extruder. This version is using sideway preheating and therefore is developed for container engineering. An infinitely variable handle and numerous holding possibilities make welding of spaces with difficult access. Integrated high-power LEDs ensure good illumination in the work area. In time of non-usage of the machine, it goes into a standby-function, which results in high reduction of noise; in addition, you save up to 60% energy. When the machine has fully cooled down, the blower even switches off. For the usage of this machine a „Powerbox“ is needed.
MAX-40-D

This version can also handle 4mm – LDPE – welding rod. *PFA and ECTFE can only be welded with the special version MM-PFA.

This extruder is for usage with external air supply. *PFA and ECTFE can only be welded with the special version MM-PFA.
