MEK-65-B
The „great“ workaholic beneath our extruders is completely brushless and therefore very low-wear. Long working times are its speciality. This version is using sideway preheating and therefore is developed for container engineering. For the usage of this machine a „Powerbox“ is needed.
MM-4-LDPE
This extruder is the smallest one in our product range. The winner of the innovation award 2007 is a real allrounder. Materials from PP to PFA are a standard for him*. With only 3.5kg weight and compact design, this machine is an optimum one hand extruder. This version can also handle 4mm – LDPE – welding rod. *PFA and ECTFE can only be welded with the special version MM-PFA.
MM-E

Pull Tester Accura-Dat
With our pull tester you can now do the quality tests by yourself. This machine impresses by enormous testing distance of 500mm and is used within its case.

With our pull tester you can do simple quality tests by yourself. This machine is made very simple and works without any electronics. Via hand crank the welded geomembrane is pulled apart.

Rob-Extruder
We also build extruders for usage on robotic arms. With brushless drive and external air heater you can work fast and nearly wear-free. Only available with according powerbox, which will be automatically quoted by us. Available as rod or granulate extruder.
Wedge-It
The Original-Wedge-It-2000, the most reliable and established wedge welder worldwide. This „Giant“ among our wedge welders can easily weld geomembranes from 1.0 to 2.5mm and is equipped with 6 pressure rollers. This machine works as a standard with copper wedge, but can be adjusted to stainless steel (for PVC welding). The special thin on this machine: it is possible to switch between 220V and 110V.
