Wedge-It
The Original-Wedge-It-2000, the most reliable and established wedge welder worldwide. This „Giant“ among our wedge welders can easily weld geomembranes from 1.0 to 2.5mm and is equipped with 6 pressure rollers. This machine works as a standard with copper wedge, but can be adjusted to stainless steel (for PVC welding). The special thin on this machine: it is possible to switch between 220V and 110V.
Wedge-It-Micro
This „Mini“ below the wedge welders can be used for 0.5 and 1.0mm. It works with an aluminium hot wedge and therefore can weld all materials (also PVC) without changes.

This „allrounder“ below the wedge welder can easily manage geomembranes from 1.0 to 3.0mm. T-joints can also be welded without problems. This machine works as a standard with copper wedge, but can be adjusted to stainless steel (for PVC welding). As a big plus, this machine includes data record.
