Employee qualifications are very important at Munsch. This applies to the initial training, the additional qualification of new employees, as well as to the further training of the staff.
We train an above-average number of apprentices in both the technical and commercial areas and enable our employees from taking external further trainings up to university courses.
Internal in-house lessons complete the education in all areas of theorectical and practical knowledge.
We continuously carry out application and product-related training courses and ensure that all production processes run safely and that the quality criteria for the products are met.
In 2020 we were again honored for our excellent training, now for the third time.
